Only records from 2023 and after are available.
First field expects date.
Second field expects line code. (Line codes: https://iett.istanbul/RouteStation/Search)
IMPORTANT: IETT endpoints are not reliable. There's a possiblity of temporary downtime at any time period.
So we don't guarantee 24/7 uptime for all features.
